1. The State Series will present a six (6) Race: Money/ Points Series in the Season.
The Best five (5) finishes will be counted for the year end points total in each class.
2. Any class not maintaining and average of 8 or more entries after the completion of the
second of the six scheduled events will be dropped from the remaining four scheduled events.
3. Any Karter registering and qualifying in a class or classes in all (6) State Series Events will
receive 25 Bonus Points for those classes entered. The 25 Bonus Points will be added to the
Karters year end points total after the final points total have been calculated.
4. In the event of a tie in a class for the State Series Championship the tie will be broken
by the competitor with the most wins in the class. All remaining ties will be decided by
the highest finishing position of the competitor in the class at the last State Series Event.
5. All Karts will be required to have four (4) Legible Numbers on the kart to be scored.
If Scoring determines the numbers are Non-Legible the karter will have to change the
numbers as to the approval of Scoring before being allowed to participate in the Event.
6. All Karts must be Safety Teched before being allowed to qualify or compete in Event.
All frame, body and safety tech rules will apply as per the WKA Tech Manual.
7. All Engines will be required to follow the 4-Cycle Engine Specifications as per the 2006 Tech Manual.
Mufflers will be required. Engines must have 3 Tech Bolts installed Carburetor, Head and Side Plate.
8. All Classes will be required to run MAXXIS Tires (4). Tire compounds are optional.
Tires can be cut and prepping will be allowed in personal pit area only.
No prep will be allowed out side of personal pit areas. No Torches will be allowed in pit area.
9. Point Class Entry Fee: $45.00 one Class: $35.00 each additional Point Class per Driver.
Pro Class Entry Fee: $60.00: $500.00 * $200.00 * $100.00 * $60.00 * $50.00 15 Kart Minimum
Reserved Numbers: $10.00 one Class: $5.00 each additional Class per Driver.
10. South Carolina State Dirt Series Race Day Event Schedule:
Registration and Safety Tech will open from 7:00 am. Until 10:00 am. Open practice 9:00 until 9:30 am.
Controlled practice 9:30 am. 2 Rounds. Drivers meeting at 12:30 pm. Qualifying 1:00 p.m.
If all classes have not qualified by 6:00 pm. remaining classes will start mains by points.
Main Events will start at 7:00 pm.

1. Stock Lite: Briggs Raptor: 325 lbs. ages 15 & older.
2. Super Heavy: Briggs Raptor: 400 lbs. age 15 & older. 200 lb Kart wt.

4. Sr. Champ Heavy: Briggs Raptor: 425 lbs. ages 15 & older.
5. Jr. Purple Lite: Purple Plate Briggs Raptor: 250 lbs. ages 8-10.
